Scrumptious Smokey Sweet Potato Chips



Baked chips are the way to go when you're cutting back on fat. These sweet potato sticks are so tasty you'll never know the difference, or ever want the plain boring potato chips.

Ingredients

450g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm thick chips
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Pepper
Freshly Ground Sea Salt

Good Sprinkle of Smoked Paprika


Method:

Preheat your oven to 220C. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine the sweet potatoes, salt, pepper and oil all the spices. Toss to coat. Spread the chips in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 10minutes. Turn the chips over. Continue baking a further 10minutes until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
