Your Veggie Seasoning Guide



All it takes is the right herbs or spices to turn a plain and simple veggie into something that is totally amazing! Even cooking a veggie with another veggie can also enhance the flavours. Here is a quick guide in turning ordinary veggies into awesome veggies.

Artichokes:
butter, garlic, lemon, oreganum

Asparagus:
capers, dill, lemon, mustard, parmesan cheese, soya sauces, anchovies, rosemary

Avocado:
chilli powder, cumin, grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange, oreganum, vinegar, grounded pepper

Beetroot:
apple, balsamic vinegar, dill, lemon, pecan nuts, rosemary, tarragon

Beans:
Dried Beans: lemon, olive oil, parsley, sesame seeds, soya sauce
Green Beans: garlic, sesame seeds, soya sauce, butter, tomatoes,

Broccoli:
garlic, grapefruit, mustard, mayo, orange,soya sauce, cumin, fennel,

Brussels Sprouts:
chives, mustard, spring onions

Cabbage:
apple, caraway seeds, garlic, ginger, vinegar (sweet or sour), soya sauce, thyme

Carrots:
citrus, curry powder, dill, ginger, honey, lemon, raspberry vinegar, chilli, parsley, bay leaves, thyme, parsley

Cauliflower:
basil, curry powder, cumin, mustard/mayo blend, blue cheese, walnuts

Corn:
butter, chilli poweder, basil, ground pepper

Courgettes:
garlic, lemon, rosemary, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, mint, chilli, parmesan cheese

Cucumber:

Eggplant:

Leafy Green (Spinach, Kale and/or Swiss Chard):

Mushrooms:
